Here are my favorite things to do and places to eat in Wilmington, N.C.
We recently took a trip to Nashville and Franklin, Tennessee. Here’s a list of all my favorites.
My mom and I have always preferred experiences over things, so for Christmas, I promised her a girls weekend in Charleston, S.C.
My husband, Asher, grew up in Texas before moving to Europe and has always wanted to go back and visit. So we decided to rent a car and take the 13-hour road trip to see the sights.
I’ve never been to a city with so much confidence and personality as New Orleans. Think creole cuisine and beignets, bathtubs for flower pots, soulful jazz and the infamous Bourbon Street. There’s really no place like it.
One of the many things I love about Charleston, S.C. is that you can always find or experience something new every time you visit.
We find ourselves going there often – sometimes for a weekend trip to see my family. I’m always looking for new places to go, but there are certainly places that have become our go-tos. Here are my favorite places to visit when I’m home for the weekend.
From blooming hydrangeas to trees dancing with Spanish moss, Savannah, Ga. embodies everything about Southern charm.
There’s nothing quite like the quaint, artsy town of Savannah with its historic homes and grassy squares nestled in between the streets.
This time we decided to take in the free and inexpensive sights and scope out the best food in the city.
We arrived extremely hangry, so our first destination was dinner. Gyros were calling our names, so we headed straight for Greek on Cary. We ordered the chicken gyro and the classic beef and lamb. I loaded up on the grilled veggies (which I highly recommend), and Asher went for the fries.
