My favorite Thrive Market pantry staples

Here’s why I love Thrive Market: you pay $5 per month to be a member and you get healthy, clean groceries for less than the regular grocery store prices.

For every paid membership, they also give a free membership to a low-income family, veteran, first responder, student or teacher.

Helping the community and saving on groceries? Sign me up.

My favorite part are the free gifts they offer when you spend $50 or more at checkout. Just an added perk!

I signed up for Thrive Market when I began my first elimination diet (similar to Whole30) and needed to save money on items with clean ingredients. Whole Foods wasn’t cutting it. Now I’m hooked.

Here are my favorite go-to pantry staples from Thrive Market.

1. Coconut Aminos

Thrive Market organic coconut aminos are simply the best. I’ve tried other brands, and they don’t compare. I use this in place of soy sauce for a healthier alternative.

2. Primal Kitchen Unsweetened Ketchup

I always have a jar of this in my fridge for when I make sweet potato fries. All clean ingredients and no added sugar (and Whole30 approved)!

3. Mamma Chia Organic Black Chia Seeds

These are my go-to for a quick snack or breakfast. I’m a sucker for chia seed pudding.

4. Hu Grain-free Pizza Crackers

Hu crackers are one of my favorite road trip snacks. Perfect for going paleo. Their pizza crackers are the best! They also make chocolate bars, so you might as well add that to your cart too.

5. Pacific Foods Organic Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

I used to be a Campbell’s tomato soup girl, but not anymore! This soup is dairy-free and so, so good.

6. Schar Bread

If you’re gluten-free, this is a must. They have the best gluten-free baguettes, ciabatta rolls and sliced bread.

7. Tigernuts

Tigernuts are a superfood root vegetable disguised as a nut. They’re sweet and chewy. Make sure you get the ones that are peeled.

8. HUM Nutrition Vitamins

I love purchasing HUM vitamins through Thrive Market. My favorite is the Hair Sweet Hair gummies, but I also keep their digestive enzymes on hand as well.

9. Gluten-free Pasta

I’m always adding gluten-free pasta to my cart. I’ve tried different brands and have never been disappointed. Banza chickpea pasta is a really good choice.

10. Yellow Tortilla Chips

Thrive Market non-GMO yellow tortilla chips are my go-to for a healthy snack with some pico de gallo. Clean ingredients too!

11. Purely Elizabeth Granola

I have an addition to granola, and I blame Purely Elizabeth. Their original and blueberry hemp granolas are my favorite.

12. Lakanto Drinking Chocolate

Lakanto Drinking Chocolate is my favorite for wintertime when I’m craving some hot chocolate. With pre and probiotics and monk fruit sweetener, it’s pretty guilt-free. Lakanto also makes really good chocolate bars.

13. Nutritional Yeast

Another item for the vegan or Whole30 person. Nutritional yeast is a decent substitute for cheese (although is there really anything as good as the real thing?).

14. Barnana Organic Coconut Chewy Banana Bites

These are perfect for a healthy sweet snack. They also have regular banana bites that are good too!

15. Barnana Platain Chips

The Barnana plantain chips with Himalayan pink sea salt are some of the best plantain chips I’ve had.

16. Balsamic Vinegar

I always keep balsamic vinegar on hand for those nights when I absolutely need bruschetta (which is often).

17. Seasoning and Spices

My favorite Thrive Market seasoning might just be their cajun seasoning. I use it on chicken. So good!

18. Cassava Chips

Thrive Market non-GMO cassava chips with sea salt are a good option to regular potato chips.

19. Almond Butter

Thrive Market has squeezable organic almond butter and it’s less messy than almond butter from a jar.

20. Joolie’s

I love Joolie’s logo and packaging design. I got these as a free gift with my order and love them! They’re great for smoothies and on-the-go snacks.
