We enjoyed a complimentary stay at the Inn at Amaris Farms, a bed and breakfast in Weaverville, North Carolina. All opinions are my own.
Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Inn at Amaris Farms is bringing a modern farmhouse bed and breakfast experience to Weaverville, North Carolina.

The Innkeepers
Innkeepers, Erica and Daniel Lumpert, opened their B&B in Western North Carolina in July 2023, making their longtime dream of running an inn into a dream destination. In fact, the name Amaris means “God has promised.”
The B&B serves as both an exceptional inn and local art gallery. The innkeepers connect their guests to artists, allowing them to purchase art hanging in the inn.
Their hospitality goes beyond the walls of the farmhouse. Erica and Daniel offer visitors multiple opportunities to experience the area with native experts, including hiking excursions, art experiences and kayaking adventures, to name a few.

The Bed and Breakfast
A haven of comfort and rustic elegance, this bed and breakfast stands out as a one-of-a-kind getaway that goes beyond traditional accommodation.

The six-room inn, featuring private en-suite bathrooms and upscale amenities, sits on 16 acres of rolling hills and flower-filled pastures. The pastures are also home to the inn’s animals, including two horses, two cats and two friendly dogs. A highlight of our trip was getting to feed the horses. Chickens will call Amaris Farms home soon, too, and will earn their keep by providing fresh eggs for breakfast.
You may even run into the inn’s mascot during your stay — a ladybug. Ladybugs can be found throughout the inn’s decor and in ladybug-shaped chocolates on your pillow at check-in.

Without stepping a foot off the property, you can enjoy a picnic by the pond, go for a nature walk, tour the farm or relax with a glass of wine by the fire pit. We enjoyed making tea and sipping it on the wrap-around porch.

And you certainly don’t have to venture out to find breakfast. Each morning, a farm-to-table breakfast is served in the beautiful dining room, complete with a stone fireplace and view of the property. Asher and I indulged in fruit salad, Eggs Benedict, micro greens and a biscuit. If coffee is your jam, you can opt for an espresso, latte or cappuccino. Food allergies? No problem. The innkeepers go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy every part of your stay.
The inn also offers concierge services and on-site parking and bag assistance. From high-quality linens, robes and toiletries to their signature soap, lotion and bath salt scent, the Inn at Amaris Farms makes for the ultimate luxury mountain retreat.
To end the day, the inn serves nightly dessert to their visitors. A cherry on top of a perfect stay.

Reconnect with Nature
Located a short distance from the quaint town of Weaverville and roughly 15 minutes from Asheville, this bed and breakfast makes for a quintessential mountain escape.
The B&B offers discounted Biltmore Estate tickets and other area package tours — think art, hiking and kayaking. If you wind up venturing into Asheville, we recommend hiking Craggy Gardens along the Blue Ridge Parkway. We also recommend the Biltmore and the River Arts District.
Never Ending Flower Farm is a you-pick flower farm six minutes down the road from the inn. They’re open from May through September and would make for the perfect activity during your stay.
The area is a playground for nature enthusiasts, with opportunities for hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking and zip lining. The outdoor possibilities are endless!

The Charming Town of Weaverville
While we love visiting Asheville, we chose to focus on Weaverville during our trip. This picturesque mountain town is rich in history and surrounded by natural beauty. We spent our time meandering through art galleries and unique shops, like Artisans on Main, and made stops at Well-Bred Bakery for a light lunch and Maggie B’s Wine and Specialty Store (a favorite of the innkeepers). We grabbed dinner at Twisted Laurel, a casual Mediterranean-style restaurant.

The Inn at Amaris Farms is more than just a place to visit, it’s a place to relax and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Appalachian Mountains. We highly recommend a stay at the Inn at Amaris Farms, where modern luxury meets farmhouse charm.
